Fredonia’s Brown wins Steeple Chase
OBSERVER Staff Report
RANDOLPH — The area’s best of the best took to the track in Randolph for the CCAA Pentathlon/Steeple Chase held at Randolph Central School.
Emily Brown of Fredonia yet again shined on the track, winning the 2,000m Steeple Chase. Brown ran a 7:19.20, which was a good 13 seconds faster than second place.
Representing Dunkirk, Anthony Ruiz earned fourth place in the 3,000m Steeple Chase with a time of 11:01.90.
