Ryan Johnson and Nathan Krakowiak pitched well, striking out 15 batters for the Pirates.

The offense was led by Logan Dowdy with four hits including two triples along. Alex Williams and Chase Dougherty both contributed two hits in the win.

The Yankees were led by Braydon Kuzdale with three hits, including a triple, and Robert Harrington’s two hits, including a triple.
