The Dunkirk volleyball team rallied to defeat Salamanca in five sets 25-18, 22-25, 16-25, 25-20, 16-14 in a nonleague match for its first win of the season.

Salamanca was led by Lezly McComber with 18 kills and three aces, Karina Crouse had 15 kills and four aces, Marijah Skye had 12 digs and Marlee Maybee had 37 assists.

Dunkirk’s first victory improved its record to 1-12 overall, while Salamanca falls to 3-11 overall.
