JAMESTOWN — Ethyn Gilbert scored his hat trick goal in the 89th minute to send Cassadaga Valley/Falconer past Jamestown 3-2 in nonleague boys soccer on Saturday.

Gilbert opened scoring in the fourth minute on an assist from Clayton Evans and then added a second goal in the 48th that gave the Golden Cougars a 2-1 lead.

Jamestown tied the contest in the 57th minute on a goal from Noah Rivera, while Andres Pacheco got the scoring started for the Red Raiders in the 38th minute.

Gilbert’s goal in the final minute was good for the win, but Jamestown will get its chance for revenge on Tuesday when the Red Raiders travel to Cassadaga Valley.
