JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Jessica M. Wolfgang, 46, of Jamestown, was charged May 12 with being a fugitive from justice. According to police, at about 9:31 p.m., officers were on patrol on the Northside when they observed Wolfgang, who was known to be wanted by Pennsylvania State Parole. She was placed into custody, and taken to Jamestown City Jail awaiting extradition. She will be in Jamestown City Court later. — Douglas E. Martinez, 34, of Jamestown, was charged May 6 with aggravated criminal contempt, second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. According to police, at about 11:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a past-tense domestic incident. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT — Devonte D Hampton, 33, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle early Sunday. At about 1:18 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on the North side of Jamestown. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT -An 18-year-old Jamestown man was charged May 5 with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and resisting arrest. According to police, at 5:52 p.m., officers responded to a domestic dispute in progress at a southside address. According to police, at about 10:45 p.m., officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a southside address.
