CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT --- HANOVER --- At 10:01 p.m. Saturday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on Alleghany Road. The operator of the vehicle was identified as 31-year-old Veronica T. Scordato of Williamsville. Further investigation found Scordato to be driving while intoxicated. Scordato was charged with DWI, DWI per se, and failing to stop at a stop sign. The operator was identified as Christina W. Hagberg, 42, of Frewsburg. Further investigation found Hagberg to be driving while intoxicated. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Demian J. Seger, 47, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, public lewdness and second-degree harassment after city police officers responded to UPMC Chautauqua at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday for a reported disorderly patient. UPMC staff members told police that Seger allegedly became irate during his discharge process, damaged a hospital bed, exposed himself to staff and then allegedly threatened staff.
