Leaf collection slated in city City of Dunkirk Department of Public Works announces a city sweep of bagged, barreled and loose leaves will start on Monday in District A. Once the first sweep of District A is complete, crews will then move to District B. District C and District D will follow in order at a weather permitting pace.
