Chelsea Ann Tuggle and Jeffrey Hatch, together with their families, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of William and Nancy Tuggle of Dunkirk. She is a 2011 graduate of Dunkirk High School. She currently attends Jamestown Community College as a student in the nursing program.

The prospective groom is the son of Monty and Julie Hatch of Bemus Point. He is a 2011 graduate of Maple Grove High School. He currently attends Empire State College, where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in fire service administration. He is employed by Alstar Ambulance as a paramedic.

The couple is planning a wedding in May of 2014.
