Cattaraugus County Sheriff

¯ PERRYSBURG — Deputies charged Damion M. McNevin, 21, of Cattaraugus on a warrant issued out of New Albion Town Court on July 12. The warrant was issued following an alleged domestic incident at McNevin’s residence, with charges of third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child. McNevin was arraigned in New Albion Town Court, remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail and his bail was set at $1,000 cash/$2,000 bond. McNevin is due back in New Albion Court at a later date.

¯ MAYVILLE — On July 15 at roughly 8:10 a.m., deputies arrested Matthew R. Thayer, 31, of Jamestown on a bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Thayer has been incarcerated in Chautauqua County Jail for the past several weeks. Thayer was arraigned in Cattaraugus County Court and bail was set at $1,000 cash or bond. Thayer was then transported back to Chautauqua County Jail to finish serving his sentence and will return to court at a later date.

New York State Police at Jamestown

Troopers responded to TJ Maxx for a shoplifting complaint on Tuesday. An investigation revealed that Nathasha Feliciano, 25, of Silver Creek, allegedly placed almost $200 in merchandise in a personal bag and left the store.

Feliciano began running when she saw troopers arrive. However, she was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. Feliciano was charged with petit larceny, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. She was transported to State Police Jamestown for processing and was issued appearance tickets. Feliciano is scheduled to appear in town of Dunkirk Court on a later date.

Fredonia Police Department

¯ Robert L. Fluent, 3rd was charged July 12 with disorderly conduct.

¯ Joshua Anzalone was picked up July 14 on a warrant.

¯ Brandi Howard was picked up July 16 on a warrant.

¯ Casey Crane was charged July 19 with petit larceny.
