CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ ELLINGTON — Dakota L. Parkhurst, 22, of Randolph, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to dim headlights, no stopping/standing/parking on highway. Deputies stopped a vehicle at 1:15 a.m. May 15 in the town of Ellington for an alleged traffic violation. An investigation found that Parkhurst was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Ellington Town Court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ SHERMAN — Raymond Corcoran, 74, of Fredericktown, Pa., was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Trooper stopped Corcoran May 21 on Interstate 86 in Sherman for allegedly driving erratically, and during the traffic stop, multiple signs of opiate impairment were observed. Corcoran reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and later provided a blood sample at UPMC Chautauqua. Corcoran is scheduled to appear in Sherman Town Court later.

¯ IRVING — Izaiah Morales Lebron, 19, of Buffalo, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. Morales Lebron was stopped May 22 on Route 20 in Irving for speeding, and after failing several field sobriety tests was taken into custody. Morales Lebron was found to be under the influence of cannabis. He is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
