CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ HARMONY — Melissa A. Lawson, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated DWI. Deputies responded at 9:22 p.m. Saturday to crash on Eddy Road in the town of Harmony. Lawson was found to have been intoxicated. She is scheduled to appear in Harmony Town Court later.

¯ WESTFIELD — Andrew W. Sissem, 26, of Westfield, was charged with third-degree arson. The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division began an arson investigation in July 2020 as a result of a fire on Route 20 in the town of Westfield. After a lengthy investigation, it is alleged that Sissem set fire to a barn located on Route 20 in Westfield. The barn was totally destroyed as a result of this fire. Sissem will answer the charges in Westfield Town Court later.

¯ Sherry Stanford, 48, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 19 and charged with with petit larceny.

¯ Aron Sikes, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 20 and charged with with second-degree criminal contempt and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

¯ Ernest Zasawski, 33, of Elma, was picked up on an arrest warrant June 23.

¯ Miguel Allunar-Mateo, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 29 and charged with harassment.

¯ Michael Gates, 47, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 30 and charged with harassment.

¯ Kimberly Booth, 44, of Cherry Creek, was arrested June 30 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Joseph Trippe, 21, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 30 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Messiak Gonzalez, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 30 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Hao Alessi, 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 10 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Heather Krull, 37, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 12 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Joseph Gambino, 58, of Fredonia, was arrested July 2 and charged with second-degre harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.

¯ Carlos Rosado, 34, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 15 and charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

¯ Chastity Martinez, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested July 15 and charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny.

¯ Carlos Santiago, 66, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 30 and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Michael Stanton, 82, of Fredonia, was arrested Wednesday and charged with trespassing and harasssment.

¯ Mackenzie Goodremote, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested Thursday and charged with petit larceny.

¯ Tyler Pelsey, 21, of Fredonia, was arrested Friday and charged with disorderly conduct.

¯ Dominic Rodriguez, 18, of Gowanda, was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent or more alcohol.
