¯ KIANTONE – Samantha D. Acevedo, 38, of Warren, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated per se, DWI common law and speed in zone. Deputies at 9:16 p.m. Sunday observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Route 62 in the town of Kiantone. An investigation found that Acevedo was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated state. She is scheduled to appear in Kiantone Town Court later.

¯ ELLICOTT — Samuel Oneal, 72, of Falconer, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se and no stopping/standing on roadway. Deputies responded at 1:11 a.m. Jan. 23 to Carlberg Road in the town of Ellicott for a vehicle complaint. An investigation found that Oneal was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
