DUNKIRK POLICE
¯ Jennifer Hite, 41, of Jamestown, was arrested Feb. 15 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.
¯ Edriese Walker, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Luis Vazquez, 28, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, use without interlock, following too closely and driving unlicensed.
¯ Rodney Townsel, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 17 and charged with petit larceny.
¯ Roberto Rivera, 35, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with third-degree criminal tampering, endangering the welfare of a child, obstructing government administration, resisting arrest and second-degree harassment.
¯ Brendalis Ramos, 31, of Dunkirk, was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and obstructing government administration.
¯ Lamont Oakes, 38, of Fredonia, was arrested Feb. 20 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF
WESTFIELD — At about 4:44 p.m. Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies and the Westfield Police Department responded to an address in the town for a report of a domestic incident. Through further investigation, it was discovered that Sydney Switzer, 18, of the town assaulted another person causing them to have face lacerations and be treated by medical personnel. She was placed into custody and transported to Westfield police where she was processed.
Switzer was then taken to the Mayville jail and arraigned. She is set to appear in the town of Westfield Court at a later date and time.
