¯ Steven M. Sandberg, 39, of Falconer, was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Officers responded at 6:34 p.m. Friday to a report of two children walking in the middle of the street unsupervised. Both children were seen walking on East Elmwood Avenue in Falconer. An investigation found that Sandberg had reportedly fallen asleep while watching his daughters. Both children managed to leave the residence and walk unsupervised around the neighborhood. Sandberg is scheduled to appear in court later.
¯ Monty G. Latta, 56, of Falconer, was taken into custody July 12 after he was observed walking in the village of Falconer. Officers knew that Latta had a warrant for petit larceny. Latta is scheduled to appear in Ellicott Town Court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
¯ CHERRY CREEK — Elijah Hall, 23, of Cherry Creek, was charged with driving while intoxicated. Deputies responded at 11:54 p.m. Saturday to a crash on Main Street in the village of Cherry Creek. Hall was transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries. An investigation later determined that Hall was allegedly driving while intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in court later.
¯ HARMONY — Todd Lisciandro, 49, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded at 8:22 p.m. Sunday to the town of Harmony for a reported disorderly person. An investigation found that Lisciandro allegedly threatened another person and intentionally damaged their property. Lisciandro was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
¯ HANOVER — Abraham B. Wilson Sr., 20, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree reckless endangerment. Deputies were called at 5 p.m. Sunday to Allegany Road in the town of Hanover for a reported altercation occurring in a vehicle. Wilson was taken into custody following an investigation. He is scheduled to appear in court later.
