Drayton, 22, of Jamestown, Lisandra Rodriguez, 32, of Dunkirk and Cesar L. Rodriguez, 28, of Dunkirk face charges after officers responded to 309 N. Main St. for a reported fight. Police report arriving to find several people fighting outside of the bar. Officers began separating individuals in an attempt to disperse a growing crowd. Through an investigation, it was found that 33-year-old Michael Allyn of Buffalo had committed fourth-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. Mccrae, 45, of Jamestown was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail after police responded to a reported suspicious situation at 9:53 a.m. Thursday at American Place and Fulton Street. According to a police report, officers responded to the area of American Place and Fulton Street following a report of three men engaged in a heated argument and allegedly pointing handguns at each other. Pair charged after illegally having firearms

SILVER CREEK — A gunshot incident Wednesday has led to charges for a pair of individuals. On Thursday, Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies reported they responded to a gunshot complaint in the village of Silver Creek around 3:09 p.m. Upon further investigation it was found that Tyler G. Crouse, 34, of Silver Creek, and Lucille M. Macri, 34, of Hamburg, were alleged to be illegally in possession of two loaded firearms, with one of the firearms later being found that it was reported stolen out of the state of Pennsylvania. Jamestown woman sentenced for role in drug conspiracy

A Jamestown woman has been sentenced after being convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 40 grams or more of fentanyl. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced Thursday that Holly Berenguer, 43, was sentenced to time served and four years’ supervised release by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
