Woman charged in Dunkirk stabbing incident A stabbing incident on Wednesday afternoon has led to charges against a city woman. Dunkirk police report that at about 2:30 p.m. they received a report of an incident on the 500 block of Leopard Street. Upon arrival, patrol located the male victim who alleged that, Layla Garcia, 23, of 522 Leopard St., stabbed him in the arm with a pair of scissors and hit him with a crowbar.
