JAMESTOWN POLICE — Two city residents face charges after a traffic stop at 1:54 a.m. Thursday on Washington Street near West Fourth Street. According to a police report, the operator of the vehicle was identified as Casey R. Penhollow, and a passenger of the vehicle was identified as Alvin J. Jusino. Penhollow allegedly had an active arrest warrant through the Jamestown Police Department, and Jusino allegedly had an active warrant through the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
