Village Board to hold work shop

SILVER CREEK — The Silver Creek Village Board will hold a workshop meeting at 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Rummage sale set for May 21

CASSADAGA — The Cassadaga Legion Auxiliary Unit 1280 will be holding its sixth annual rummage and bake sale on Saturday, May 21 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Legion Post, 228 Maple Ave., Cassadaga. It will be accepting donated items from May 15 to 19. They cannot accept encyclopedias, any electronics, computers and exercise equipment.

Spaghetti dinner set for today

The Knights of Columbus Council 929 will hold a spaghetti dinner today at the clubroom, located at Lynx and Third streets, Dunkirk. Serving will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. The event includes “all you can eat” spaghetti. Donations are $8.50 for adults and $4.50 for children under 12. Homemade desserts are available for an extra charge.
