GOWANDA — Elise Sposato drilled six 3-pointers on her way to 22 points to lead Frewsburg to a 63-24 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association Central Division basketball victory over Gowanda on Wednesday night.

Sposato also collected seven steals and three assists, while receiving plenty of help from her teammates. Teghan Trocki scored 11 points, Ava Jimerson had 10 points, five steals and three assists, and Tyra Clark added 9 points and 13 rebounds.

The Bears (8-2, 1-1) led 12-2 after the first quarter and 35-5 at halftime.

Crissa Scanlan led the Panthers with 10 points and Gao:Wisa:S Stevens added 7.
