KENNEDY — On Wednesday, March 25, troopers arrested Jordan Stone, 21, of Kennedy, for Driving While Intoxicated.

The troopers and Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies responded to a residence in Kennedy for a report of a vehicle that struck a shed. Investigation revealed that the vehicle in question was drive by Stone, allegedly in an intoxicated condition, just prior to the accident.

Stone was placed under arrest for DWI and transported to UPMC Hospital in Jamestown where a blood sample was secured.

Stone is scheduled to appear in the town of Poland Court on a later date.
