¯ Jose A. Dros, 28, of Rochester, was charged with third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Officers were called at 12:08 a.m. Monday to North Portage Street in the village for a reported domestic dispute. It was alleged that Dros punched another person multiple times in the face, causing cuts and bruising. The victim attempted to lock Dros out of the residence in which Dros then kicked the front door, causing damage to the door frame and lock. Dros was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
