Several departments called to house fire

Firefighters were called around 7:15 p.m. on Thursday to Versailes Road in Hanover for a structure fire. The call first was reported as a stove fire that grew in size. Assisting at the scene included firefighters from Hanover Center, Forestville, Silver Creek, Sunset Bay, Irving, Sheridan for its ambulance and Chautauqua County Emergency Services for its air truck.
