CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

— MAYVILLE — Bayshawn Barlow, 34, of Mayville, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Deputies responded at 5:12 p.m. Monday to a Mayville address for a suspicious situation complaint. An investigation found that Barlow allegedly endangered the lives of others and damaged another person’s property. Barlow was processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Laura L. Deering, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Officers observed two people walking in the road at 2:49 a.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Prendergast Avenue. An investigation found that Deering had an active warrant out of the city of Jamestown and was later found in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. Deering was transported to jail and held for arraignment in court.

— Krista J. Jones, 32, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and no front plate. Police stopped a vehicle on North Main Street at 2 a.m. Tuesday and determined that Jones was allegedly intoxicated. Jones was held for arraignment in court.

— Donald A. Myers Sr., 67, of Jamestown, was charged with failure to keep right, driving under the influence of 0.08% or more of alcohol and driving while intoxicated. Police responded at 7:48 p.m. Friday to the intersection of Cole and Foote avenues for a crash and determined that Myers was allegedly intoxicated. He is scheduled to appear in court later.

— Jonathan L. Mays, 39, of Jamestown, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police observed a male pushing a dirt bike on Monday in the area of English and Barrows street. It was found that Mays had active bench warrants and was allegedly in possession of a quantity of cocaine. Mays was held for arraignment in court.
