Reconnaissance-Level Historic Survey for Forestville results presentation Tuesday

The results of the Reconnaissance-Level Historic Survey for Forestville have arrived and all are invited to hear a presentation by Alma Brown from the Clinton Brown Company Architecture from Buffalo on Tuesday, Nov 12, at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Hanover Board workshop meeting held at 68 Hanover St., Silver Creek. Sherman Masonic chicken/biscuit dinner today

The public is invited to a fall chicken and biscuit dinner sponsored by Olive Lodge #575, F &AM today from 4 p.m. until sold out. The fund-raiser will take place at 197 Park St. in Sherman. The costs are $10 per adult meal including dessert, or $5 for children under 12. Take out or dine in options are available. Son’s of the Legion, Squad 434 Brocton to meet

The Son’s of the Legion, Squad 434 Brocton, 110 W. Main St., Brocton, will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 12. The meeting will be held at the Brocton Legion starting at 7 p.m.

Community Sing-Along set for Wednesday

A Community Sing-Along will be held Wednesday, Nov. 13 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Fredonia Grange No. 1, 8 W. Main St., Fredonia. Join in a good old-fashioned sing-along. All voices are welcome; the event is free for all. For details, call Joe at 679-8426.
