STEPS TO SERENITY MEETS THURSDAYS

The Steps to Serenity Al-Anon Family Group will meet Thursdays beginning at 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Harvest Chapel Free Methodist Church, 39 Matteson St., Fredonia. The group meets in the last classroom section of the Chapel. Access is available from the canopy and ramp door entrances.

SCHOOL PLANS

Election Day BBQ

Dunkirk Intermediate School will be holding its annual Election Day BBQ on Tuesday, Nov. 8 from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the school, located at 525 Eagle St., the former Dunkirk Middle School building. Tickets are $15 and dinner includes 1/4 chicken, pulled pork sandwich, potatoes, cole slaw, roll and butter.

SONS OF LEGION TO MEET IN BROCTON

BROCTON — The Sons of the Legion, Squad 434 Brocton, will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday Nov. 8. The meeting will be at the Brocton Legion starting at 7 p.m. All members are encouraged to attend.
