Library receives Charlie’s Fund grant

SINCLAIRVILLE — The Sinclairville Free Library has received a grant from Charlie’s Fund, a charity fund whose Mission is to make impactful giving easier for all. Its Vision is to make giving inclusive, effective, and abundant; driving greater impact for causes people care about. Its Moonshot is to guide trillions of dollars of giving towards better outcomes.

The two Values of Charlie’s Fund are Leadership and Collaboration. The library is blessed with this funding thanks to Dr. Robert Kochersberger, Jr. and his wife Rev. Janet Watrous. This is done to honor the memory of Robert’s parents, Dr. Robert “Bob” Kochersberger, Sr. and Margorie “Marge” Kochersberger. These two were instrumental in the building of the Sinclairville Free Library located at 15 Main St.

Funds from the grant will be used to further the mission of the Sinclairville Free Library to educate, inform and meet the needs of the people it serves and to develop leadership and community collaboration in the spirit of Charlie’s Fund.
