Poinsettia orders to

support club

Orders are now being accepted by the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Chautauqua County during its annual poinsettia sale. A $12 donation supports the organization while the six-inch flowers are available in white, red, pink or marble. To place an order, call or text Kelly Borrello at 716-698-2934.

County meetings canceled

due to weather

The Chautauqua Lake Protection and Rehabilitation Agency public information meeting that was set to take place Thursday at 5 p.m. in the Legislature Chambers has been canceled due to current weather conditions. Information about the rescheduled meeting will be released at a later date.

The Chautauqua County Board of Health’s meeting that was set for Thursday at 6 p.m. has been postponed. The meeting has been rescheduled to Nov. 28 at 6 p.m. and will be held in the Gerace Office Building, Room 331, Third Floor, 3 N. Erie St. in Mayville.

Legion meat raffle postponed

The meat raffle we scheduled for Saturday at the Fredonia American Legion Post 59 has been postponed due to expected weather conditions. The Legion is looking to reschedule sometime in January.
