Steel retirees meet Saturday

The Al Tech/Dunkirk Specialty Steel Retirees will meet on Saturday at 8:30 a.m. at Demetri’s Restaurant at the city pier. All retirees are welcome.

Library sets upcoming courses

The Darwin R. Barker Library, 7 Day St., Fredonia will be offering the following computer classes in December:

— Podcasts… And Where To Find Them, Friday, from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. – This program was originally scheduled for Friday, Nov. 18 from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. This class will discuss different podcasting sites/apps where people can listen to podcasts. It will not discuss how attendees can create their own podcasts.

— Exploring Pinterest, Friday, Dec. 9 from 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. – In this class, explore what Pinterest has to offer. Learn how to create a personal Pinterest board. Pinterest boards can be kept privately or shared with others. For all classes, call the library at (716) 672-8051 to register for the class.
