Native plant sale planned MAYVILLE — On Saturday, Aug. 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Chautauqua Marina and the Chautauqua Watershed Conservancy will be hosting a native plant sale, with proceeds benefiting the Conservancy. A variety of native plants will be available for purchase from several local nurseries. Guided educational lakeside buffer walks will be offered at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., and Conservancy Conservationist Carol Markham will be on hand to answer questions about native plant selection and native garden design.
