The number of people reported in Chautauqua County hospitals with COVID-19 jumped Wednesday based on information released by the county Health Department. Hospitalizations went from the 25 reported Tuesday to 36 on Wednesday. That's in addition to the 24th COVID-related death and 43 new confirmed cases in the county.
