¯ On Oct. 22 at 11:01 p.m. Joseph S. Hoddick, 32, of Evans met the complainant at an address on Hartley Drive in the town of Evans. Upon arrival, the victim alleged that she exited her vehicle and was confronted by Hoddick armed with a four-foot pole. The victim re-entered her vehicle and attempted to leave at which time Hoddick reportedly struck the vehicle multiple times causing damage to the body and windows. Hoddick then fled before police arrived. He was eventually charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief intent to damage property, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and third-degree menacing.
