CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE RIPLEY – Tolebi Issakov, no age or address provided, was charged Sunday night with petit larceny. It is alleged that Issakov stole a shirt from a store at the Love's Travel Center, located on Shortman Road. Issakov will appear at the Town of Ripley court at a later date.

JAMESTOWN POLICE - Markeel D. Hilson, 28, of Buffalo, and Tyrone L. Long Jr., 27, of Buffalo, were charged at 8:40 p.m. Tuesday after officers allege they were consuming cannabis at the time of the check. Officers searched the vehicle and report finding methamphetamine and U.S. currency. Both Hilson and Long were arrested and taken to the city jail, where officers say it was found Hilson had allegedly concealed cocaine and fentanyl inside his body. Hurley Jr. , 31, of Silver Creek was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon after a reported fight on Aug. 11. The case was turned over to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division. JAMESTOWN POLICE - Jonathan Torres, 35, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child along with having a previous arrest warrant from Jamestown City Court at 6:59 p.m. Monday after officers responded to a south side home for a reported domestic dispute in progress. According to a police report, officers arrived at the scene to find Torres outside of the home in the road. Around 12:45 a.m. Saturday, Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department patrol responded to a report of a disorderly subject in the road. Upon arrival, deputies located Joshua D.
