DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

¯ Luis Torres, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 1 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Edward Martinez-Pagan, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 1 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Kevin DeJesus, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 1 and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Roberto Rivera, 27, of Dunkirk, was arrested April 3 and charged with first-degree burglary, third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, obstruction, resisting arrest and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

¯ Angela Kellogg, 30, of Cassadaga, was arrested April 4 and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driver’s view obstruction and uninspected motor vehicle.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

¯ DUNKIRK — Nichole Beebe, 37, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Jason McKeown, 44, of Grand Island, was charged with second-degree harassment. Troopers responded Sunday to a Dunkirk address for a reported domestic incident. An investigation found that Beebe and McKeown allegedly struck each other, and that there was a refrain from order against Beebe with McKeown as the protected party. Both were processed and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

¯ HANOVER — Nicholas H. Faraci, 34, of Angola, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while ability impaired by drugs, moving from lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent. Deputies and Forestville firefighters responded at 9:43 p.m. on Sunday to a crash on Dennison Road in the town of Hanover. An investigation found that Faraci was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Faraci was processed and released with tickets to appear in Hanover Town Court later.
