A pair of Jamestown men are facing federal drugs and weapons charges. On Thursday, U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced a federal grand jury returned a superseding indictment charging Blake D. Smith, a/k/a Sweets, 50, and Willie Graham, a/k/a Wu, 45, with narcotics conspiracy, Hobbs Act Robbery, kidnapping, use of a firearm during a crime of violence, and use of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Hector O. Dejesus, 44, of Jamestown was charged April 8 with third-degree criminal trespass. According to police, at about 2 p.m., officers responded to a trespass complaint at a condemned building on West Second Street near Jefferson Street. On arrival, Dejesus was located in the building. A Jamestown man has been sentenced to eight years in prison for his role in a city drug ring. U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced that Jaquez Thomas, 22, who was convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge John L. JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT - Jeffrey M. Smith, 36, of Jamestown was charged April 6 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to police, at about 5:52 p.m., officers responded to a westside address for a person with a weapon complaint. Officers, police said, were advised that Smith had armed himself with a baseball bat, he allegedly used the bat to damage a refrigerator belonging to the victim inside the residence. Woman charged after driving stolen vehicle

A Warren woman has been charged after allegedly driving a stolen vehicle on Fairmount Avenue in Lakewood. Jessica M. Wolfgang, 45, of Warren was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 1:57 p.m. Monday. According to police, at 7:24 p.m., officers were on patrol in the area of East Sixth and Lincoln streets when they observed Mullins walking in the area.
