Westfield Fire Dept. Audit Committee to meet

There will be a Westfield Fire Department Audit Committee meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 17, at 6:30 p.m. in the North Room of Eason Hall. The mayor and two board members will be present at this first Fire Department Audit Committee meeting.

IDA meeting to be held at Cockaigne Resort

A committee meeting of the County of Chautauqua Industrial Development Agency (CCIDA) Governance Committee will take place in the main lodge of Cockaigne Resort, 1493 Thornton Road, Cherry Creek, on Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 9:30 a.m. Then at 10 a.m. will be a board meeting of CCIDA Board of Directors.

Fredonia Planning Board to meet Dec. 17

The village of Fredonia Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 5:30 p.m. on the second floor in Village Hall. A minor subdivision for 70 Berry St. will be discussed.

County Finance Department to close early

All divisions of the Chautauqua County Department of Finance will close at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17. This includes Treasury, Real Property Tax, Purchasing, Insurance, and Payroll divisions.

Any member of the public wishing to make transactions related to taxes, sewer payments, bail bonds, public administration of estates, or certificates of residency are asked to visit the office before 3:45 p.m. on Dec. 17.
