Forestville yard sales and chicken barbecue

FORESTVILLE — The community of Forestville will be holding yard sales on Saturday, June 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a list of sale locations available at Cave’s Market on the day of sales. There will be a chicken barbecue at Forestville Fire Hall from noon until sold out. The event is drive-through only. For the cost of $10 per dinner, patrons receive chicken, bacon ranch mac salad, corn on the cob, roll and key lime pie.

Dunkirk Senior Citizen trip reminder

The Dunkirk Senior Citizen trip to Sprague Farms and Allegany Casino on Wednesday, May 19 will be leaving the Center at 9 a.m. All seniors who have signed up for the trip are asked to be at the Center by 8:45 a.m.

JCC Trustees planning session canceled

The Jamestown Community College Board of Trustees will hold a meeting and planning session on Tuesday, May 18, at 12:30 p.m. at the Bartlett Country Club, 32 Euclid Ave., Olean.
