Church seeks reservations for dinner

St. Johns’s United Church of Christ will be presenting a traditonal Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday, Nov. 20. If you would like a traditional dinner without the muss and fuss of doing the work yourself, we can help you out.

Our meal will include turkey, gravy, stuffing, homemade squash, and dessert. Order one for yourself and additional dinners for friends and family.

In order to prepare sufficient meals, we need to have your order by Friday, Nov. 12. To order, please call the church office at 266-0710, or contact the church at stjohnsucc3@netsync.net.

Meals will be available to pick up on Saturday, Nov. 20, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Drive into parking lot from Eagle Street for our friendly, efficient service.

Westfield seniors meet on Tuesday

WESTFIELD — Westfield Senior Citizens will meet on Tuesday at noon at the YWCA at 58 S. Portage St. All seniors 50-plus are welcome to attend and a light lunch will be provided. The discussion topic will be the challenges of daily living, elder law and justice.
