Silver Creek board meets Monday
SILVER CREEK — Members of the Silver Creek Village Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday. The meeting will be available by video and telephone as well. Anyone interested should contact the clerk’s office at 716-934-3240 for the meeting code and password.
City collecting debris from storm
Dunkirk’s Department of Public Works announces that the initial citywide collection of leaves/brush has been completed.
In response to the high-wind event from this past weekend, the Streets Department will be collecting storm debris at a weather permitting pace. Please be patient as crews go through the city and collect the debris in the days following this storm.
City of Dunkirk residents may also drop brush off at the Public Works facility on Lucas Avenue. Facility hours are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays. When dumping, note the separate pile for leaves, pine and other woods. Please do not mix.

Ripley school board meets
RIPLEY — The Ripley Central School Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the IRLA library at Ripley Central School. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
